CREATIVE LEADERSHIP and the ability to embrace change, adapt and develop Power Skills are essential for the future of job, our organizations and our society as a whole.

I would like to share with all of you, my vision on key areas that are worth the analysis and understanding on the actual and desired state inside our organizations, in order to CREATE THE CHANGE and empower ourselves and our teams, with Power Skills (wrongly called Soft Skills) much needed in a time where technology seems to be owning the agenda in every aspects of our life’s.
