How to Care For Your Beautiful Soul

Day 11: Understanding that you are right where you need to be today

Walking with joy this morning I was reminded of the glorious world that we live in. One of abundance in nature, one of beauty and kindness. On this spiritual path of learning and sharing through 100 days of exploring the book The Infinite Self by Stuart Wilde, today I was reminded of the importance of nurturing yourself. Truly accepting yourself for who you are and who you are becoming each day is a journey in itself.

Accept where you are, and also know in your heart that every single day you are moving forward. At every moment you are expanding. It every instant you are growing. There’s not a second that goes by that your inner being isn’t evolving. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be. As you begin to accept yourself and grow and learn to nurture yourself, you will see the enormous light inside you.

When you truly look at where you have been and where you are going in life, you will see the enormous strides that you have taken to get to where you are today. Acknowledge the progress that you have made in life so far. See each experience you have had in life as a stepping stone to today’s present moment.
